After logging in, click on the SEARCH button. Simply type the first and/or last name (or married name) of the person you are looking for into the appropriate fields. Then press GO, and use the scroll on the right hand side of your screen to scroll down the list of choices.
Once you have located the name you are looking for, click on VIEW beside their name to see the personal and contact info that they have chosen to share with alumni. Please note that the directory contains some former and current faculty, as well as alumni.
To view a list of alumni in your class:
After logging in, click on the SEARCH button.
- Select affiliation = alumni
- Type your year into BOTH boxes for Year ____ to Year_____. (For example, if you are looking for a list of the Class of 1988, you would type 1988 and 1988 in the Year ____ to Year____ fields.)
- You may or may not wish to include gender = female or gender = male
- Choose page size = 25, or page size = 50 (since most classes are larger than 10 people)
- Hit GO, and then give the system a second to search.
- Use the scroll bar on the right hand side of your screen to slide down the list. The first 25 (or 50) will show on page 1, and the next 25 (or 50) will show on page 2, etc.
- You can click on any of the items in the title row to change your sort method. For instance, you may wish to sort by last name, region, etc.
- Click on individual email addresses to send an email
- Click on VIEW beside a person's name to view any contact info or personal info which that particular person has chosen to share with other alumni. Some alumni have chosen to show a lot of contact and employment info, while others have chosen to show only their email address.
To view a list of alumni in more than one class:
Follow the directions above but enter (for instance) 1985 to 1990 in the Year to Year area.
Why are some people listed as "Lost" or "No email on file"?
People for whom we have no contact info are listed as LOST, while people for whom we have contact info but no email are listed as "no email on file".
Where can I find a list of lost alumni?
To view a complete list of lost alumni, click here and click on the decade links located in the menu.
I am trying to find something on the website. How do I do this?
You have two search options on the website - the Search Tool or the Site Map. You can access these by clicking on the appropriate icon at the top of the burgundy navigation menu, just below the blue box in the top left corner of the screen.
The Search Tool works by entering a word or phrase. For instance, if you search for "transcript", you will easily find how to request a transcript from the school. Please note that the Search Tool does not search the online calendar or the intranet/curriculum pages.
The Site Map provides a linked text-map of all webpages on the main website. (Again, the intranet/curriculum and calendar pages are not included.) You can scroll down the list to find what you want, or even easier is to use the EDIT / FIND ON THIS PAGE feature of your internet browser to locate what you are searching for.
