Outward Bound

At Rothesay Netherwood School trips and travel offer students opportunities for adventures in an effort to fully understand their skills, abilities, limits, and passions. Together with Outward Bound Canada, RNS produces leaders and students who seek excellence.

The mission of OBC is to develop and deliver experiential educational programs that inspire personal growth through shared experiences, and foster life-long learning, self reliance, care and respect for others, service to the community and concern for the environment. At RNS, we embrace these goals and help students to be responsive to the environment and to understand themselves.

This partnership between OBC and RNS allows our students opportunities for individual growth in a safe environment. OBC, the world leader in risk management, reviews all programs to ensure they meet the highest degrees of safety.
