Enabling our US based alumni and friends to direct their gifts to RNS without having tehm pass through multiple hands is the primary purpose behind launching a United States charitable foundation. 

RNS does and will continue to have a solid relationship with FRISBE (Friends of Independent Schools and Better Education).  The Rothesay Netherwood Foundation, Inc. provides yet another medium by which our alumni, parents and friends can make their financial contributions. 

“This foundation offers donors an uninterrupted transfer of not only of their donations but also their desired intentions for their gifts.  It offers more assurance when we as benefactors get to deal directly with our school,” says Geoff Mitchell, a 1961 RCS graduate currently residing in New Hampshire. 

Donations made to the US foundation, a US Internal Revenue Service Code section 501(c) (3) charitable corporation, will generate US receipts easing the donor’s tax filing process.

The Rothesay Netherwood Foundation, Inc.’s tax number provided by the IRS is 33-1187391.
