Welcome to Top of the Hill Strength & Conditioning

Top of the Hill Strength and Conditioning offers training programs to everyone - from individuals to small groups and teams. Whether you are new to training, looking to tone your body, or preparing for competition, our certified coach, Mark Graham, will build a program tailored to fit your needs. Training sessions will be held in the state-of-the-art Roslyn Isobel Stollery Fitness Centre located on the RNS campus.

  • COVID-19 Top of the Hill Strength and Conditioning

    We at Top of the Hill Strength and Conditioning will continue to follow and adhere to the guidelines regarding COVID-19 and therefore Clients are asked to:
        Wear a mask while in the Fitness Centre
        Sanitize or wash hands prior to entering Fitness Centre
        Sign in and out using the logbook
        Sanitize equipment before and after use

  • ECBA and TOTH SC Basketball Breakout Summer 2021

    ECBA and Top of the Hill Strength and Conditioning Basketball Breakout Program - Click Here to Register
    The ECBA Breakout Program is a 9 week camp designed to help players work on their game consistently over the summer. This team dynamic style training camp will help players to develop skills and improve their game. Coaches Anthony Anderson and Mark Graham lead the group through 30 minutes of offensive and defensive skill development and 30 minutes of play; building concepts from 1v1- 5v5.

    On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday players will be working in the weight room for an hour training session with Coach Graham. On Tuesday and Thursday night players will join Coach Anderson and Graham on the court to work on basketball skills.

  • Top of the Hill Strength and Conditioning - High Performance 2021 Summer Program

    Are you an athlete looking to get faster and stronger this summer?
    Top of the Hill Strength and Conditioning is offering a 9 week High Performance Program. Each athlete will receive a program designed around their baseline assessment to help them reach their goals. Over the summer athletes will be guided through their periodized training plan and will be introduced to concepts to improve their mindset, mobility, strength, power, speed, and agility.  The program is led by Certified Exercise Physiologist - High Performance Specialist - Mark Graham.

    Middle School (entering Gr 6-8):
       Days/Time:
    Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-8:30am
       Cost: $207 (HST included)

    High School (entering Gr 9-12):  
       Days/Time: Monday through Friday 10:00-11:00am
       Cost: $465 (HST included)
       Max # of participants: 20
       On Monday, Wednesday and Friday athletes will focus on strength training.
       On Tuesday and Thursday athletes the focus will be on speed, agility and conditioning. 
  • Personal/Semi-Personal Training

    Our coaches will work with you to help to achieve your athletic goal, be it performance based, weight loss, muscle gain, etc. Each client will have an individual training plan that will be based on test results with the focus being on overall fitness. Our coaches have flexible hours in our new 4000-square-foot fitness centre, which will help to fit your needs.

  • Adult Performance Training

    Top of the Hill Strength and Conditioning – Adult (Group) Performance Training - REGISTER HERE 
     
    Looking to move better and feel better? Our Adult Performance Training is a one-hour class led by Coach Mark Graham. Mark’s background as a Clinical Certified Exercise Physiologist – High Performance Specialist allows him to modify your program that is appropriate for your level of training. Our supportive community and tailored programs will help encourage and keep you moving towards your goals.
    Each training session begins with mobility with an emphasis on improving your joint health and movement capacity. Next, a dynamic warm up followed by a plyometric circuit. After completing the plyometric circuit, we move into 2-3 strength circuits. The session finishes with conditioning and a cool down.

    Total Cost: $110/month + HST = $126.50

  • Team Training

    Once completed please download and complete the the Team Roster and send to camps@rns.cc
     
    This is a team-based program will ensure that your team is up to the challenge of the season. Each team will have a different goal and our coach will meet with the coach/supervisor to formulate a game plan to ensure that it is met. The coach will design a structure around each team's needs, including in-person and programming. Please contact camps@rns.cc for pricing.

Meet Mark Graham

Mark is an exercise professional with a passion for helping people achieve their goals. As a Clinical Certified Exercise Physiologist - High Performance Specialist, Mark helps people of all ages and abilities. He has experience working on motor learning development with children, introductory strength and conditioning with youth athletes, performance training with teens/adults, exercise prescription for individuals with medical conditions, functional limitations or disabilities associated with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, metabolic, neuromuscular, ageing conditions, chronic disease and injury.
