Most faculty members at RNS have the opportunity to live on campus. In addition to teaching, faculty are also involved in coaching athletics and supervision of residential and co-curricular programs such as musicals, plays, Outward Bound adventures, Round Square exchanges, the Duke of Edinburgh Award, and many other activities.

  • Summer Camp Positions - Residential Staff

    ESL Summer Experience Residential Staff


    Rothesay Netherwood School has openings for residential staff to oversee student residences during the three week ESL Summer Experience.  Under the direction of the Director of Camps, the staff is responsible for planning and supervising evening activities, including talent shows, scavenger hunts, sports nights, campfires, etc. The evening and weekend activities are an extension of the ESL Summer Experience and, as such, are integral to the program. The staff is also responsible for the students overnight in the dorm. Along with the Director of Camps, the staff will lead weekend trips off campus around New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.


    Candidates are required to hold a university degree and have an interest in a future working with students of different nationalities. Experience working with ESL would be helpful but not necessary.

    The ESL Summer Experience is offered in a three week course from July 29-August 17, 2019.
