Glenn McGee '81

After graduating in 1981, Glenn continued his education at Queen’s University earning an honours degree in economics. 

Returning to Ottawa, Glenn entered the aerospace and defense industry. Since then, he has held roles with Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, DRS Technologies, and Curtiss-Wright.

Glenn joined Curtiss-Wright in 2001. He is now Senior Director, Commercial Services, where he leads several departments (contracts management, proposal management, and sales operations) for the defense division that spans 15 business units across the globe with revenues of nearly $1B US. He also acts as chief negotiator and has a significant role in merger & acquisitions.

For fifteen years Glenn volunteered on the board of an annual non-profit dragon boat festival in Ottawa with proceeds supporting local charities.

Glenn was appointed a school governor in 2021.
