Strategic Plan

We are a world-class school with a strong heritage for nurturing excellence. During the 2020-2025 period, we will be focusing on the achievement of four strategic goals.
Welcome to our 2020 - 2025 Strategic Plan, a key document that focuses on the strategies that we will be pursuing over the coming years in support of our programs, our people, our facilities and our long-term strength and permanence.

We are aiming to become the school of choice for the next generation of students in New Brunswick, across Canada, and around the world. To achieve this, we have made changes to our Mission, Vision and Core Values to ensure that Rothesay Netherwood School is current and relevant, and positioned for long-term success.

Our strategic plan provides direction on how we can develop capacity for student excellence through personalized experiences, unique programming, and the nurturing of our diverse and engaged community. In addition, it identifies how we can effectively use current resources and develop strategies to ensure strength and sustainability for future generations.

Listening to our community was vital to the creation of this new plan. It was developed through a collaborative and comprehensive process that involved all stakeholders, with information gathered through presentations, focus groups, meetings, and surveys.

We would like to thank our Strategic Planning Committee for providing direction to our Directors and Governors, the school management and staff, and the entire RNS Community.

This new Strategic Plan honours our history and heritage, and includes what is essential to providing current and students with an excellent education.

We are truly excited to watch our future unfold.
