Gr 6-8 Registration, Check-In, and Move In Day

Middle School students accompanied by one parent are invited to an Orientation and Check-In Session in Heritage Hall with the Head of School, Enrolment Managers, and Middle School Advisors. Casual dress (no school uniforms necessary).

Boarding Students (Grades 6 to 8)

• 9am to 12pm - move into residence as soon as you arrive on campus and check in at Heritage Hall before noon.
• 12pm - lunch available at Heritage Hall.
• 1pm - Grades 6 and 7 - Orientation session with Ms. Waycott and Mrs. Wilcox in Heritage Hall.
• 2pm - Grade 8 - Orientation session with Mrs. Dooks, Mrs. Ellis, and Mrs. Wilcox in Heritage Hall.
• 3pm - A meeting for boarding students in Théâtre Susan B. Ganong (located in School House).

Day Students (Grades 6 to 7)

• 12pm - Check in at Heritage Hall (lunch available).
• 1pm - Orientation Session with Mr. McLellan, Ms. Waycott, and Mrs. Wilcox in Heritage Hall. 

Day Students (Grade 8)

• 1pm - Check in at Heritage Hall.
• 2pm - Orientation session with Mr. McLellan, Mrs. Dooks, Mrs. Ellis, and Mrs. Wilcox in Heritage Hall.

ALL NEW STUDENTS MUST HAVE THEIR PHOTO TAKEN PRIOR TO THEIR ORIENTATION SESSION - A PHOTO BOOTH WILL BE SET UP IN HERITAGE HALL.
