Since the founding of RCS and Netherwood 140 years ago, our school has benefitted from the generosity of others for its growth and success.
Why Support RNS?
Our school and our students have been the fortunate recipients of gifts from a great many people - gifts of time, expertise, and financial support.
The support of alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty and staff, and our extended network of friends in the community helps to: fund financial assistance for deserving students without the financial means to attend RNS; provide materials and equipment to strengthen the students’ learning environment; enables the school to implement programs and courses that furthers the development of students’ success academically, artistically, athletically and socially!
This long-time tradition of generosity and desire to help others reflects the values of the Rothesay Netherwood School community, and it echoes the compassionate and caring qualities that we strive to instill in our students. We are grateful to all of you who provide support for our school. Volunteerism and charitable giving are crucial to our success, and we are indebted to our volunteers and donors for their help.

Rothesay Netherwood School is located on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Wolastoqiyik and Mi’kmaq Peoples. We are honoured to share this place, and as a school community we are committed to being responsible stewards of the land on which we live, teach, and learn, both today and for future generations.
