Jim Crosby '67

James M. Crosby is a native of Saint John, NB.  He attended Rothesay Collegiate School graduating in 1967.  Jim received a Technical Diploma in accounting from the Saint John Institute of Technology in 1970 and went to work in the family business Crosby Molasses Company that year.  He became President of Crosby Molasses Company in 1978 at the age of 28 on the death of his father.  Jim and his wife, Joy, reside in Rothesay, and have four children, all of whom graduated from RNS.

He has been on the board of Rothesay Netherwood School since 1995, is a past member of the executive committee and served as Treasurer of the school for 5 years.  Members of the Crosby family have been associated with the school for 3 generations.  In 2018 Jim was inducted into the New Brunwsick Business Hall of Fame.
