Grade 12 Events
Monday, September 2nd
Grade 12 Boarding students move in between 3pm and 5pm.

- Day students arrive on campus at 5pm. All students meet in the Irving Gymnasium for class-building activities.
- Grade 12 students and parents/guardians are invited to a Family BBQ at the RNS Outdoor Amphitheatre (next to Quinn Field) beginning at 5:30pm.
- Following the BBQ, Grade 12 students and parents/guardians are to attend a Grade 12 Information Session in Théâtre Susan B. Ganong.
Boarding Students (All) - Opening Day
Wednesday, September 4th
9am – Upon arrival on campus, register in Science Hall.
9am to 11am – Once registered in Science Hall, move into residence.
11am to 1pm – Lunch (in Heritage Hall)
1pm to 2pm – Advisor Groups A to G Orientation Presentation in Théâtre Susan B Ganong (in School House)
2pm to 3pm – Advisor Groups H to Z Orientation Presentation in Théâtre Susan B Ganong (in School House)
3:30pm – A meeting for All Boarding Students in Théâtre Susan B Ganong (in School House)

Events for Everyone!
- Reception & Family BBQ – Wednesday, September 4th, 4:30pm to 6pm at Heritage Hall. Following dinner, students in their #1 Dress meet with their Advisor Groups at 6:05pm.
- 148th Opening Chapel – Wednesday, September 4th, 6:30pm (#1 Dress required). Quinn Field (Inclement weather location: Irving Gymnasium).
- Coffee Morning – Thursday, September 5th, 8am to 9:30am at Heritage Hall. All parents/guardians are welcome.
- First Day of Classes – Thursday, September 5th, 8:15am in Memorial Chapel.
- Interhouse Day – Friday, September 6th, 8:30am to 3:30pm (RNS campus).
- Varsity Tryouts and Prep Team Practices - Thursday, September 5th and Friday, September 6th, 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Varsity Soccer and Field Hockey tryouts for Grades 9 to 12: VG Field Hockey (Fairweather Field); VG and VB Soccer (Hickman Field). Bring cleats, shin pads, and water.
