Returning to Ottawa, Glenn entered the aerospace and defense industry. Since then, he has held roles with Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, DRS Technologies, and Curtiss-Wright.
Glenn joined Curtiss-Wright in 2001. He is now Vice President, Sales Operations which encompasses multiple departments for the Defense Division that spans 14 business units across the globe, with revenues of nearly $1B US. He also acts as chief negotiator and has a significant role in merger & acquisitions.
For fifteen years Glenn volunteered as President and VP of the board of an annual non-profit dragon boat festival in Carleton Place, Ontario (The Fall 400) with proceeds supporting local charities.

After graduating in 1981, Glenn continued his education at Queen’s University earning an honours degree in economics.
